Boingotlo Maroane is an admitted attorney with experience in both the private and public sectors. Boingotlo worked as a negotiator for Eskom, acquiring land for power line servitudes before she obtained her LLB. She also holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Town and Regional Planning and a diploma in Project Management, which are significant academic and professional assets in property law. Boingotlo has a keen interest in corporate and commercial law, labour and property law. She has been exposed to multiple commercial transactions involving multi-jurisdictional ones and has gained extensive experience in drafting and negotiating various forms of commercial agreements. She is equipped with a broad range of work experience gained in various roles throughout her career and as a consequence has developed the ability and agility to engage with abstract challenges.

Boingotlo is pedantic about detail and strives to give only the best service to her clients. Having participated in the Law Without Walls, an organisation that unites law and business professionals with students from law and business schools around the world to co-create innovative solutions to problems, both as a student and a mentor, she understands that law, business and technology go hand in hand.
